Engraving - Our personalized products are engraved individually and then hand polished and color filled.  It's a time-consuming process which is why we allow three business days to do the engraving before your product will ship.  Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method.

Dates - If you need your items for a specific event (e.g. a wedding or corporate outing) Please let us know when you need them!  We can't help you if you don't tell us that you need them for an event!!  So - during check out, please tell us when you need the items in your hands and we'll contact you if there are any issues.
